Mike Cooper

Mike has over 30 years experience in the high tech industry; he has managed national service delivery organizations for IT service companies covering many market sectors, run engineering organizations, and has consulted to many organizations about improving their project management practices.  His experiences include individual coaching, project, program and line management, quality assurance, training, and process improvement.  He presents papers and writes articles to further the project management profession.  Mike actively supports the project management profession, having served on the board of directors of the Consulting SIG of the Project Management Institute.
